Exodus 20:12 lists the fifth of the Ten Commandments: “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.”
Ephesians 6:2-3 echoes the commandment: “Honor your father and mother (this is the first commandment with a promise), that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.”
We are focusing this week on prayer for unbelievers. Yesterday, we shared three biblical truths that will increase our faith for this. Our faith grows by reading, hearing, speaking, and meditating on God’s Word. Today, we will look at five more faith-building truths regarding God’s heart for unbelievers.
I want to follow yesterday’s post with three encouraging facts regarding God’s desire to save the lost and restore prodigals. As you think and meditate on these truths, not only will they encourage you, but your faith will grow, causing your prayers to be more powerful.
