70 Days – Righteousness Exalts a Nation – Day 23
GiveHim15 will be collaborating with Love Ministries in a very special 70-day prayer focus. We are going to take a stand for righteousness in the United States of America from February 9th through Passover, April 19th.
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34; NASB)
REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES – 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 6: Georgia, January 2, 1788
The Lord is calling you to gain a passion for intercession to see the manifested plan of God for our nation come to pass. The Lord has a redemptive plan for this nation and each of the 50 states.
“I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.”
(Ezekiel 22:30-31; NLT)
“The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah: In the month of Kislev in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa, Hanani, one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant that survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem. They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.” When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven.” (Nehemiah 1:1-3; NIV)
Nehemiah was willing to gain a passion for intercession when he heard broken down walls and gates in Jerusalem. For some days he mourned, fasted and prayed before the Lord. God answered Nehemiah’s prayers and gave him favor with the king so that he could answer the call to rebuild and restore the wall. He faced opposition and overcame, because He was a man of prayer who held fast to the Lord His God.
“So, the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in fifty-two days. When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God.” (Nehemiah 6:15-16; NIV)
The Lord is seeking gap standers for this nation and this state. Are you willing to birth a burden in prayer for each state to see the manifested presence of God come in our land?

Father, we acknowledge and come into agreement with your kingdom plan and purposes for our nation and the state of Georgia. We ask that you align Georgia in Your righteousness. We call Georgia into the original intent of her birthright and destiny as ordained by Almighty God. The Lord declares over you, “Georgia is one of My Gates; a governmental gate.” You are a gatekeeper state authorized to open gates to the Lord and close gates to the enemy. The Lord says you are an open portal – a place of revelation, fresh worship and restoration; a place where healing of racial divisions and strife takes place; where the womb will no longer be hostile to new life (both naturally and spiritually); where new ministries will not just be conceived but brought to full maturity; where sounds of worship will come forth. Take hold of your prophetic destiny and legislate righteousness on behalf of the land. May the godly, three-fold cord of wisdom, justice, and moderation manifest within your borders. Georgia, you are “The Peach State.” Taste and see that the Lord is good. We declare that you are reconnected to your roots bringing governmental breakthroughs that shape our nation in righteousness. Let the redemptive Sound of Heaven come forth in your land. May our King go up before you and break open the way for you, Georgia. Let the Shout of the King be among you! Lord, rebuild Your wall of righteousness around this nation, and restore the gates of this nation and this governmental gateway state of Georgia. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
The 70 Day Decree:
Lord God, we present ourselves unto You a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your Word tells us that righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before You in the land You have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let Your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which You have given us jurisdiction. Let Your righteous Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
